Length of retention and normal deletion of personal data

We process and store your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of storage, or if required by law. Your personal data will be deleted or blocked after the purpose ceases to exist or is fulfilled. In the case of blocking, the data will be deleted as soon as the legal or contractual retention period has expired.

Collection of general data and information, so-called log files

Processing of personal data during registration

To conclude and process contracts, depending on the specific case, we need contact information, such as names, shipping and billing addresses, email addresses, as well as information about the type of payment you have chosen. In addition, we use your data to maintain our customer database so that only relevant data is stored there. To avoid typing errors and ensure that the ordered items arrive at your address, we check the completeness and accuracy of your address.

Registration on our website is carried out using the so-called double login procedure. After registration, you will receive an email requesting confirmation of registration. This confirmation is required so that no one can register for another person's email address. Your consent to the processing of data will be obtained during the registration process, which refers to this privacy notice.

Processing of personal data when establishing contact

  • the right to transfer the data you have provided to us (in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format), which we process with your consent, in performance of the contract or at your request before the conclusion of the contract and which are processed automatically. You can request that we provide your data to another operator - but we can only provide this if such a transfer is technically possible.
  • the right to object to the processing of your personal data which is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest.
